More Sarah Warner Junior Miss Clippings For the better part of a year, it seemed as if you could not open up The Richmond Register and see Sarah Warner smiling back at you with that 200-watt flashbulb smile. That was one of the duties of being Junior Miss, we suppose, to always be ready for a photo op. We are not certain who is more obsessive -- the Register, for running so many of these photos and articles, or us, for saving them all these years.
