10.31.06: On this eve of the launch of NaNoWriMo 2006, Larry O. Grand thinks that it might be prudent to post a listing of potential characters that might be featured in this year's novel for the entertainment of Larry O. Grand's four dedicated fans.

10.01.06: After a disappointing NaNoWriMo performance of 2005 in which only five words were completed, Larry O. Grand returns in 2006 prepared to complete yet another novel in this month of insane literary creation and to add another book to the shelf of works completed, continuing the series that began in 2002 and ran through 2003 and 2004.

This year, with no distractions, such as the mad dash to complete the requirements for an undergraduate degree that Larry O. Grand had been working on since, oh, say, 1987, the path is clear and the stage is set for what will be another fantastic voyage into the fevered, irreverent and improbably moldy mind of Larry O. Grand and the next phase of literary evolution, or something kinda like that, only less so. Perhaps. Maybe. Ah, who really cares.

Bonus Features Not Rated is the current working title of this year's 50,000 word novel (and, as longtime readers of the works of Larry O. Grand will know, this is indeed subject to change, just like Wide Right Turns was one of the working titles for the last four NaNoWriMo novels). This novel will continue the assorted story processes that have been in place since 2002's Love in the Age of Information, 2003's Solutions to Even Numbered Problems and 2004's Running in the Background, featuring characters that have appeared in all of the previous novels and a small handful of new characters that will be dragged kicking and screaming into their places on this ridiculously cluttered stage.
