Outtakes from the 2003 edition of JLK's Image of the Week

Here are the photos that were, at one time, slated to become an Image of the Week in 2003, but just didn't quite make it (and then, 2003 ended). So rather than let them fade into the ether, here they are, preserved for just a little longer.

Come On
This is the sign outside of the Chinese restaurant in Alexandria, Louisiana. I thought the phrase "come on" was rather amusing, considering that it probably should have been "come in." Heh. Hilarious. Well, that joke lasted three seconds. Plus, the photo was a bit small and, ultimately, not deserving of IOTW recognition.

Dog in Water
This picture was actually the continuation of an image that already appeared as an IOTW, and so, we try not to be too redundant with our entries.

Supercenter
This actually remained a top contender for an IOTW fill-in for many weeks, until it just got way too old. It is interesting to note that the haziness comes from the fact that the shot was taken in a moving vehicle through a dirty window.
