Chi-Chi's

This feels suspiciously like an Unusual Kentucky entry. I may have to submit it somday for consideration by those fine folks.

The Chi-Chi's of Lexington, KY, how we recall you fondly with your mediocre Mexican food and equally mediocre service. Ah, but we recall your above average decor and atmosphere. It does boggle the mind, however, that a prime location such as this (across the street from the biggest mall in Central Kentucky) has yet to be occupied by something ... anything!
