Where's Al? At the 1985 Richmond Holiday Parade

Did you look for Mr. Stephens in the crowd at the 1985 Richmond Holiday Parade? No, that wasn't him in the clown suit waving near the beginning of the clip, although you would have been pretty close. But look behind the clown, on the sidewalk in the background:

Mr. Stephens can be seen for a good several seconds, weaving through the crowd and keeping in step with the band (and almost getting clobbered by some silver balloons).
