The Classic Tuner

The Stroboconn, a chromatic tuner used by the students to tune their band instruments. A classic and essential piece of band equipment. Sometime in 1984 or 1985, the Stroboconn mysteriously vanished and was replaced with a "modern" electric tuner that wasn't nearly as accurate or exciting. What happened to the Stroboconn is something of a mystery -- some say it was stolen, some say it broke and the parts were too difficult and expensive to replace, some say that the band students of that time period were too abusive with it.
